Permanent Process Server Program

A process server is a trained professional who serves legal documents to defendants named in a court proceeding. In Cherokee County, a Process Server must have an Order from Court each time service is executed. To better administer justice, the Court has established a program in which certified process servers may apply to be appointed to serve on an annual basis for a one year period beginning January 1st of the calendar year.
