Private Dependency Cases

Frequently, an allegation of dependency is made by a family member, such as a grandparent, a family friend or a private citizen. The forms for such cases can be picked up at Juvenile Court or may be downloaded here. These will be completed and returned to the Juvenile Court Clerk’s office pending approval from the Juvenile Court Judge.
